About

Sacred Spiral Arts

The vision of Sacred Spiral Arts came to me while I was still in high school. I had originally started making some experimental electronic music and learning to play guitar and decided upon the name Sacred Spiral as my musical identity. I didn’t realize at the time how that identity would evolve into being more of a way of life for me. After some time and making some recordings I decided I would create a website to show case not only my music but my art and poetry. Therefore the website and over all creative identity became Sacred Spiral Arts. The website wasn’t the greatest but laid the framework for the full vision of what Sacred Spiral Arts could be.

A snap from the Way Back Machine of the old site.

Life got in the way and I stopped focusing on the vision, but it turned out to be blessings hidden within lessons. I realized that I was going through the trials that I would need to understand the intention behind the vision. Intentions should be focused like attentions.

Along the way I found a therapy that got me through the craziness, painting, acrylic pour fluid painting to be specific. It took over my life for many months and helped me to see the way color and contrast could provide therapy for me and others, so I started a YouTube channel with time-lapse videos of the painting process named Painting Lucid. Around this same time I started to tie dye a lot and began to contemplate selling my dyes and paintings. I thought of the name Spiral Dyes as the brand for my tie dyes. Yet again though, life presented me with new challenges and I had to put this vision on hold.

As I faced these challenges I found a new therapy and art form, FPV drone freestyle flying. As I explored this new medium of expression I saw how it could expand my visions further. I quickly realized that to fully understand the capabilities of the drones, I would need to build one. I started off buying a transmitter so that I could practice flying in a simulator. After many months of research and flying in the sim, I finally decided to take the dive and bought all the parts to build my first FPV freestyle drone. After flying it through a few different designs I finally found one that worked well and began focusing on flying. What an incredible feeling it truly is once you start feeling locked into the flow of the flight. It truly humbled me being able to soar around and flow gracefully through the air and I wanted to share that feeling with others, so I started the YouTube channel Spiral Eyes FPV. As I started making videos it brought back the vision of Sacred Spiral Arts and I realized that I was ready to make it not just a vision but a reality.

With new skills and a sharper focus I created a new website that I could bring together all of my creativity into one cohesive expression. With that being said,
